Ino recalls a dinner with Nanami, seeking his approval. At the restaurant, Ino explains his desire for Nanami’s endorsement.

In the present, Ino uses “Auspicious Beast Summon Number One,” “Kaichi,” to attack the enemy carrying his grandma. The attack hits, and the enemy drops his grandma. Ino activates Number Two and prepares for another assault.

Meanwhile, Itadori punches the muscular enemy in the gut, and Fushiguro attacks with a sharp claw.

Despite their efforts, the enemy remains unhurt. Their teamwork struggles, and Itadori barely dodges the enemy’s blade. Fushiguro uses his frog shikigami to smash the enemy into an overpass, but the enemy still looks fine.

Fushiguro and Itadori wonder why the enemy isn’t hurt and realize it will take time to defeat him.

Meanwhile, Ino fights his enemy and notices he is protecting his Granny Ogami. Suddenly, the grandma powers up, and the enemy swallows a pill. Ino tries to stop them, but it’s too late.

The grandma utters “Toji Zen’in,” and the grandchild becomes possessed by Toji Zen’in, with his face disfigured. The battle intensifies as the sorcerers face new, formidable challenges.

Ino remembers having dinner with Nanami about his recommendation.

Fushiguro attacks the enemy with a sharp claw, but he survives.
Itadori and Fushiguro have a hard time with their teamwork.
The enemy looks fine after receiving many hits.
Itadori barely dodges the enemy's blade. Fushiguro uses his frog shikigami.
The frog smashes the enemy to the overpass. Itadori and Fushiguro stand close to each other.
Fushiguro and Itador wonder why the enemy is not hurt despite their attacks.
Fushiguro and Itadori realize it's taking time to defeat the enemy. Meanwhile, Ino fights the enemy as well.
Ino realizes the guy is protecting his grandma, and he wants to do something about it.
Suddenly, Grandma powers up. The enemy starts swallowing a pill.
Ino tries to stop them, but the enemy has already swallowed the pill.
The old grandma suddenly says Toji Zen'in.
The grandchild looks suddenly possessed by Toji Zen'in, and his face becomes disfigured.
