JJK Chapter 48 – Black Flash
Spoiler Summary [Click to show or hide]:
Todo carries Maki to safety while Yuji faces off against Hanami. Panda arrives to help and…
…carries Megumi and Maki outside the curtain.
Despite Megumi’s warnings about Hanami, Yuji reassures him not to worry. Todo tells Yuji he won’t interfere until he uses “Black Flash,” even if it means Yuji gets hurt.
Hanami, cautious of Yuji’s “Black Flash,” deduces he is stronger than Todo. Yuji asks Hanami about Mahito, and Hanami confirms their association. Yuji punches the water, creating a splash distraction, and throws two huge rocks at Hanami.
Hanami deflects them, and Yuji attacks up close, dodging Hanami’s counter and kicking him in the face. Hanami acknowledges Yuji’s speed but not his strength.
As Yuji prepares to use “Black Flash,” he hesitates, and Hanami dodges his punch.
Todo slaps Yuji, reminding him to use his anger properly as a valuable trigger in a fight. He advises Yuji to suppress his anger and slaps him again, making Hanami think they are falling out.
Todo tells Yuji not to get distracted, and Yuji thanks Todo, calling him his best friend.
Yuji visualizes the impact of “Black Flash” and concentrates intensely, causing him to drool. Hanami admires Yuji’s focus. Yuji then hits Hanami with “Black Flash,” distorting Hanami’s body.
Todo admires Yuji’s successful attack.
