The fight becomes a high-stakes tag team effort. Yuji Itadori, determined to save Megumi Fushiguro, prepares to attack but is momentarily incapacitated.

Choso arrives to assist Yuji, guiding him to control his blood flow.

Maki engages Sukuna in fierce close-quarters combat, showcasing her exceptional swordsmanship. Despite Sukuna’s powerful “Twin Mirrors” slash, Maki manages to survive and stands face-to-face with Sukuna.

Meanwhile, the scene shifts to Uraume’s battle with Kinji Hakari, where Uraume’s ice techniques freeze the entire area.

Despite being injured, Uraume remains confident in Sukuna’s victory, revealing that the King of Curses has yet to unleash his full power.

The chapter ends with a chilling image of Sukuna’s dark, ferocious form, hinting at an even more intense battle to come.

Takuma Ino and Atsuya Kusakabe stand outside the black sphere, which is Yuta Okkotsu's Domain.
Kusakabe tells Maki Zen'in to prepare as he walks away. Ino jumps off the building while Maki crouches, preparing to barge in.
Maki keeps crouching, waiting for Okkotsu's signal. Suddenly, they see the domain shatters.
Back to the fight, Maki stabs Ryomen Sukuna after slashing Yuta. Rika grabs Yuta and escapes with Ui Ui waiting for them.
Maki tries to slash Sukuna while his sword is pierced in his body. Sukuna moves away and realizes their plans.
Sukuna notices his wound healing much slower than all his other wounds because of Maki's "Heavenly Packed."
Yuji prepares to attack, having the resolve not to give up on Fushiguro. Suddenly, Yuji coughs blood.
Choso arrives and taps Yuji's back. He advises Yuji to breathe deeply and visualize his blood vessels flowing through his body.
Sukuna dashes, but Maki intercepts him from behind. He punches Maki.
Maki crashes in front of Sukuna. She slashes him, but Sukuna dodges.
Sukuna grabs Maki's sword. Maki twists the sword, and Sukuna grabs it.
Maki fiercely slashes his sword along with Sukuna. Sukuna gets thrown away and hits the wall. It's maki versus Sukuna.
Sukuna destroys the wall on his right and throws it to Maki.
Suddenly, Sukuna attacks with a huge slash called "Twin Mirrors."
Sukuna stands with a deep wound on his chest and blood coming out. Maki smirks at him while wielding his sword.
Cut to the scene, Uraume freezes the whole area while fighting Kinji Hakari.
Uraume's right shoulder starts freezing while telling her that they will win. Uraume says Sukuna will triumph.
Uraume says Sukuna, now with a dark body and ferocious glowing eyes, has yet to go all out!
