…head is carried by a cursed spirit. Kenjaku manages to transfer his merger authority to Megumi before Yuta stabs his head.

Meanwhile, a mysterious infant, possibly baby Tengen, flies away from the scene.

The action then returns to Yuta’s intense fight with Ryomen Sukuna. Yuta and his shikigami Rika engage Sukuna in close combat, showcasing their coordinated attacks.

In a surprising move, Yuta activates his Domain Expansion: “Authentic Mutual Love,” trapping Sukuna in a barrier filled with katanas and concrete columns.

Sukuna counters with “Hollow Wicker Basket” for protection, but Yuta presses on, using “Thin Ice Breaker” to create a blinding light.

As Yuta prepares to end Sukuna within his domain, it’s revealed that Itadori is also present. Sukuna, ever perceptive, begins to unravel their plan to extract him from Megumi Fushiguro’s body.

Yuta Okkotsu approaches the severed head of Kenjaku. He summons Rika after Kenjaku's body loses control.
Yuta faces multiple cursed spirits rampaging in the woods. He slashes some of them.
The cursed spirits reach a road. Rika blocks and attacks them.
Kenjaku's head flies off, carried by a cursed spirit. He tells Kogane to add a rule transferring his merger authority to Megumi.
Kenjaku's severed head still talks while hanging from a cursed spirit. Yuta sees baby Tengen in the cursed spirit's womb.
The infant flies somewhere. Yuta stabs Kenjaku in the head. Takaba lies down smiling.
Back to the fight, Yuta Okkotsu is now battling Ryomen Sukuna.
Yuta notices Sukuna's cursed energy output returning. He ponders if he should have stayed with Higuruma to help him.
Rika's black shadow gets in between Yuta and Sukuna. Yuta pierces through Rika's black shadow to stab Sukuna.
Sukuna grabs Yuta's sword. Yuta suddenly lets go of his sword. Sukuna and Rika reacts.
Yuta punches Sukuna's stomach while Sukuna punches Rika, who is attacking behind him. Yuta grabs his sword back and slashes him.
Sukuna dodges the attack. Yuta attacks again, but Sukuna blocks it while also blocking Rika's punch.
Yuta suddenly releases "Domain Expansion..."
Yuta activates "Authentic Mutal Love" and traps Sukuna in a barrier with plenty of katanas and concrete columns.
Sukuna activates "Hollow Wicker Basket" to portect himself. Yuta grabs a katana and strikes Sukuna.
Yuta slashes Sukuna but just blocks it with one of his arms. A huge blinding light erupts after Yuta uses "Thin Ice Breaker."
Yuta stands amidst katanas as he plans to end Sukuna in his domain. Sukuna analyzes Yuta's plan and his skills.
Itadori is also inside Yuta's domain. Sukuna unravels their plan on how they will extract him from Fushiguro's body.
