JJK Chapter 243 – Idiot Survivor!! – Bounce Off The Walls

The duo performs a stand-up routine on stage, riffing on the story of Momotaro with increasingly absurd twists…

…involving dogs, monkeys, and pheasants. Their performance culminates in a pun about keeping the dog owner “unpheasant.”

As their act concludes, Takaba becomes emotional, realizing his “comedy dream” is ending.

Kenjaku comforts him, and suddenly, the scene shifts back to reality in the forest. Takaba awakens, thanking Kenjaku, who admits to enjoying their comedic skits.

The chapter takes a dramatic turn when Yuta Okkotsu appears behind Kenjaku, launching a surprise attack.

Kenjaku attempts to defend with his “Cursed Technique Reversal: Antigravity,” but fails to sense Yuta’s presence in time. Yuta slices through Kenjaku’s neck, spattering blood.

As Yuta approaches Kenjaku’s severed head, he reveals that Takaba doesn’t kill people. The chapter ends with Kenjaku defiantly claiming his will shall be passed on.

Kenjaku and Takaba, in a suit, walk to a stage as a comedy duo finalist.
Kenjaku and Fumihiku Takaba are on the stage as partners doing stand-up comedy.
Takaba asks Kenjaku if he knows the story of Momotaro. Kenjaki lies about not knowing but eventually tells the truth.
Takaba and Kenjaku keep making comedy skits about the story of Momotaro. A woman judge listens to them.
Kenjaku tries to leave while Takaba gives him kibi dango as part of their skit. The judge closes his eyes while smiling.
Kenjaku pretends to feed the kibi dango to a Golden Retriever dog, but Takaba suggests making it a Japanese dog.
Kenjaku makes a mock phone call with his finger, talking about the dog's owner. Takaba tells his skits to shift.
Kenjaku and Takaba are now talking about monkeys and pheasants being in the army force using carpet bombs.
Kenjaku says they will sacrifice the monkey and pheasant because keeping the dog owner anxious would be "unpleasant!"
Kenjaku and Takaba are now standing face to face, looking serious.
Kenjaku and Takaba are standing on the stage, and crowds are watching them. His fan girls are anxious.
Takaba is about to cry as his "comedy dream" on stage ends. Kenjaku says not to spoil the mood.
Kenjaku pats Takaba's chest. Suddenly, the scene shifts back to the forest with Takaba lying smiling & Kenjaku standing beside them.
Takaba wakes up and thanks Kenjaku. Kenjaku laughs, saying he was hilarious in their comedy skits.
Suddenly, Yuta Okkotsu appears behind Kenjaku, aiming to slash him. He defends with "Cursed Technique Reversal: Antigravity."
Kenjaku's neck gets sliced as blood splatters. He wonders how he didn't sense Okkotsu's arrival. He sees Takaba smiling.
Yuta walks towards Kenjaku's severed head and tells him Takaba doesn't kill people. Kenjaku says his will will be passed on!
