…with new twists. The chapter opens with Itadori landing a powerful punch on Sukuna, who realizes his cursed energy output is fluctuating due to Megumi’s interference.

The fight escalates as Maki Zen’in joins Itadori, turning it into a two-on-one combat.

Despite their coordinated attacks, Sukuna remains formidable, using techniques like “Spiderweb” to disrupt their assault.

Just as the battle reaches a critical point, Uraume arrives, activating “Frost Calm” to freeze the entire area. Uraume kneels before Sukuna, apologizing for the interruption.

Seizing this moment, Sukuna summons Nue and orders Uraume to prepare the “Bath” to refine his form.

As they fly away on Nue, Itadori, bruised and wounded, shouts at them in frustration. The chapter ends with Sukuna and Uraume mocking Itadori from above, calling him pitiful.

Sukuna smiles, thinking he can easily finish Itadori. Suddenly, he notices Maki Zen'in approaching him from the side.
Itadori, heavily wounded, notices Maki. Maki asks him a brief rundown. Sukuna just smirks at them.
Itadori and Maki attack Sukuna in a 2 versus 1 hand-to-hand combat. Maki grabs Sukuna's arm.
Maki punches Sukuna's face and pushes him, flying to a nearby fence.
Itadori grabs the fence, trapping Sukuna in it. Sukuna says Itadori is boring but Maki kicks him, sending him crashing.
Sukuna stands up, undamaged. Maki asks Itadori if her Soul Slashing Katana can damage the enemy so she can speed things up.
Sukuna runs while Itadori and Maki chase him. They corner him, and Itadori lands a solid kick on Sukuna's body.
Sukuna blocks Itadori and Maki's attacks. He activates a technique on the ground called "Spiderweb."
The ground crumbles, making Maki and Itadori discombobulated. Sukuna uses this chance to punch Maki.
Sukuna and Maki fight, swiftly jumping between debris. Sukuna backs away as Itadori and Maki keep attacking.
Suddenly, Sukuna, Maki, and Itadori notice another character emitting a powerful cursed energy nearby.
The arriving character activates "Frost Calm" and freezes the whole area with ice.
The character is Uraume, and she apologizes for intervening in their fight as she kneels before Sukuna.
Sukuna summons Nue and tells Uraume to prepare the "Bath" to polish up his form. Suddenly, the ice starts breaking.
Sukuna and Uraume fly away, riding Nue as Itadori appears and shouts at him.
Itadori looks up at them with his face bruised and wounded. Sukuna and Uraume laugh at him, calling him pitiful.
