Despite Itadori’s improved abilities, Sukuna maintains the upper hand, inflicting severe injuries on Itadori with his cutting techniques. Sukuna taunts Itadori for his perceived weakness and clinging to life.

In a display of sheer willpower, Itadori continues to approach Sukuna despite receiving thousands of cuts all over his body.

Ryomen Sukuna embraces Hana Kurusu and bites her shoulders, telling her she is a foolish human. Hana is bloodied.
Sukuna throws Hana to the railings. She falls while Itadori is seen down below, walking and looking up.
Itadori stands still, looking up at the buildings, analyzing the sounds he hears.
Suddenly, Itadori jumps to the next building. He glares at Sukuna, who also notices him.
Sukuna notices him, and Itadori jumps to attack him, leaving the building crumbling.
Sukuna is shocked as Itadori dashes towards him, shouting his name. They grab each other's neck.
The building crumbles and Sukuna backs away, noticing Itadori's newfound strengths. Suddenly, a wall appears before him.
Sukuna is hit by a huge block of concrete that Itadori kicked towards him. Itadori dashes for a follow-up attack.
Itadori moves behind Sukuna and smashes him. Sukuna notices him "from that time."
Sukuna counter and hits Itadori's face. Itadori prepares another attack as Sukuna grins during their fight.
Itadori rans towards Sukuna to attack him. Suddenly, he gets cut!
Itadori backs away and falls to his knees after Sukuna cuts him. He asks why he's weak and clinging to life.
Sukuna treats them as worms ready to be trampled. He lectures Itadori for being weak.
Itadori stands up in front of Sukuna. He powers up his cursed energy as Sukuna invites him to attack him.
Itadori walks towards Sukuna. As he approaches him, his body suddenly receives thousands of cuts everywhere!
Sukuna stretches his arm as he tries to cut Itadori, who is still approaching him. He thinks Itadori is tough.
Itadori punches Sukuna in the face. Sukuna realizes his cursed energy output is low due to Megumi hindering him.
