JJK Chapter 199 – Resentful Names

…Noritoshi Kamo, who’s struggling with feelings of inadequacy. Their conversation touches on their mothers, providing a moment of connection.

The scene then moves to Tokyo No. 1 Colony, where Megumi Fushiguro awakens to find Yuji Itadori, Fumihiko Takaba, and a mysterious woman known as Lady Angel or Hana Kurusu.

They update Fushiguro on recent events and how they all ended up in the same building, including their point totals in the Culling Game.

A startling revelation occurs when Kurusu is confirmed to be “The Angel” they’ve been seeking.

Things take an even more surprising turn when a mouth appears on Kurusu’s cheek, expressing a desire to eliminate reincarnated players.

The Angel explains the suppression of original consciousnesses by these players and offers to unseal the Prison Realm if they defeat the “Disgraced One.”

The chapter concludes with a shocking twist: Itadori is suddenly pulled into his inner world, where Ryomen Sukuna reveals himself as the “Disgraced One,” setting the stage for a major confrontation.

Maki Zen'in tends to Noritoshi Kamo, who is seriously injured. Kamo feels worthless for not being the head of the Kamo clan.
Maki carries Kamo as they talk about their mothers.
Kamo remembers her mother when they were talking on the table.
Kamo's mom talks about his brother while he is eating pasta. The scene shifts to the city of Tokyo No. 1 Colony.
A lady who looks like an angel stands near the window amidst the night skyline.
Megumi Fushiguro wakes up and sees the Lady Angel. Yuji Itadori is drinking wine while wearing a bathrobe.
Fumihiko Takaba arrives, bringing supplies. Lady Angel asks Takaba about the news outside.
Takaba and Itadori update Fushiguro on how they found him when Hana Kurusu, the Angel, was about to take him away.
All four of them talk in the living room. Itadori updates Fushiguro about Hakari getting 100 points and Okkotsu 190.
Fushiguro tells them they've met their quota (points). He asks Takaba if he can use his points.
Takaba readily agrees, and Fushiguro asks Hana Kurusu about the player they are looking for, called "The Angel."
Hana Kurusu looks shy while sitting after agreeing she is the Angel they are looking for.
Suddenly, another mouth appeared on Hana Kurusu's cheek, talking to them. Fushiguro, Takaba, and Itadori are all shocked.
Kurusu places her palms on her cheek, but the mouth appears on her hand. It wants to wipe out all the reincarnated players.
Angel tells them the reincarnated players suppress the vessel's original owner's consciousness.
Angel tells them he can't fix someone who's used by a reincarnated sorcerer. Fushiguro asks if she can undo the Prison Realm.
Angel asks them to defeat the "Disgraced One" first before she removes the seal from the "Prison Realm."
Suddenly, Itadori opens his eyes and gets summoned inside him.
Ryomen Sukuna talks to Yuji Itadori and reveals he is the "Disgraced One."
