…begins with Naoya pinning Maki against a wall, revealing that his own mother had finished him off and thereby turning him into a cursed spirit.
Noritoshi Kamo intervenes, firing arrows at Naoya to free Maki.
The fight intensifies as Maki and Kamo coordinate their attacks. Maki throws Naoya into Kamo’s arrows, causing the cursed spirit to feel pain.
Suddenly, Naoya begins to form a cursed womb, prompting Maki to warn Kamo, who instinctively uses his “Piercing Blood” technique.
Kamo’s attack successfully penetrates the cursed womb, causing it to burn and fall.
However, the destruction of the womb gives rise to a new, more powerful cursed spirit with a skull-like appearance. This new entity swiftly attacks Kamo, throwing him into the forest with a devastating punch.
The chapter ends with Maki watching in shock as Kamo is hurled away, leaving her to face this formidable new threat alone.
