The scene shifts dramatically as Kamo and Maki Zen’in spot a massive caterpillar-like cursed spirit in the sky.

As the creature swiftly descends, they brace for battle. The spirit’s swift attack against Maki causes widespread destruction, creating huge holes in the surroundings.

Maki engages the spirit in combat, landing a punch, but it mysteriously vanishes only to reappear and smash her into a cliff.

The battle intensifies as the cursed spirit reveals a human-like arm and continues its assault on Maki.

In a shocking twist, a face emerges from the spirit’s body, greeting Maki. To her horror, she recognizes the face as Naoya, who ominously declares his arrival “on this side” as a cursed spirit.
