Back in the trial court, Judgeman finds Itadori guilty. Hiromi Higuruma activates “Executioner’s Sword,” transforming his gavel into a sword to sentence Itadori.

Itadori prepares to fight, while Higuruma, frustrated with weakness in both the accused and victims, becomes angry.

Higuruma is suddenly hit by flying chairs, losing sight of Itadori. Itadori uses his jacket as a decoy and kicks Higuruma’s feet. Higuruma jumps to slash Itadori but recalls declining Yoshizawa’s offer to be a judge.

Confused about Itadori confessing to Sukuna’s crime, Higuruma deactivates his sword.

Itadori punches him, sending him flying into chairs. Higuruma tells Itadori he’s innocent as Sukuna is in control. Itadori admits his own weakness.

Higuruma gives him 100 points, and they sit together, reflecting on their pasts.

Higuruma tells Itadori he is weak and ugly. Higuruma reveals he is fed up with the accused and the victim's weakness.
Higuruma is mad while Itadori runs.
Suddenly, Higuruma shuts up as chairs start flying toward him.
Higuruma can't find Itadori due to the chairs hurled at him. Suddenly, Itadori prepares a surprise punch.
But Itadori throws him his jacket as a decoy as he kicks Higuruma's feet.
Higuruma jumps, preparing to slash Itadori. Itadori mounts a counterpunch as Higuruma poises to slash him.
Suddenly, Higuruma remembers him declining Mr. Yoshizawa's offer to make him a judge.
Itadori's punch flies off. Higuruma wonders why Itadori confessed to his crime when the evidence says Sukuna did it.
Higuruma is confused why, despite Sukuna taking over his body and killing them, Itadori confessed. He deactivates his sword.
Itadori punches Higuruma in the stomach, sending him flying to the chairs.
Higuruma tells Itadori that he had no control of his body when Sukuna committed mass murder and that he should be innocent.
Itadori told him it was still his fault because he was too weak to stop it. Higuruma stands up.
Higuruma tells Itadori to put on his clothes and sit on the chair as he will give him his 100 points.
Higuruma and Itadori sit in front of one another. Itadori admits he also killed humans with his own will.
Higuruma remembers that awful moment when he killed two people.
