Defense lawyer Hiromi Higuruma stands holding a gavel as his cursed spirit appears behind him.

Itadori prepares his defenses. Higuruma activates “Domain Expansion: Deadly Sentencing.” Itadori tries to attack him before he can complete his technique, but his kick is stopped as the domain forbids violence.

Higuruma explains that Judgeman, his cursed spirit, knows everything about everyone inside the domain.

Higuruma presents evidence and tells Itadori to prove his innocence. Itadori analyzes the domain, recalling what Master Tengen taught.

He realizes the domain isn’t lethal. Higuruma states that Itadori can stay silent, confess, or deny but won’t know what will happen if found guilty.

Itadori remembers going to a gambling parlor and states he only went to the restroom.

Higuruma shows a photo casting doubt. Judgeman announces Itadori guilty, and uses “Confiscation.”

Itadori is out of the domain, and Higuruma throws the gavel, attacking him. Higuruma’s gavel grows larger, smashing Itadori.

Despite this, Itadori stands back up, impressing Higuruma with his toughness.

Higuruma explains that Itadori can keep silent, confess, or deny and has no answer if Itadori is found guilty.

Itadori defends with his arm. Higuruma dashes to attack him with a punch.
Suddenly, Higuruma's gavel appears in his hand but is a lot bigger. He smashes Itadori with the giant gavel.
Itadori notices that Higuruma can control his gavel as he crashes into the chairs. He says Itadori is tough as he stands back up.
