JJK Chapter 16 – Affection

Suguru Geto, a cunning sorcerer, tells a sentient cursed spirit that he can’t be seen,…

…so he walks away. Meanwhile, Gojo, a powerful sorcerer, interrogates Jogo’s severed head, kicking it to demand answers.

Suddenly, a plant is thrown at Gojo, proliferating and separating him from Jogo. Yuji and Gojo are puzzled by the blooming flowers, sensing no killing intent.

A cursed spirit appears, grabs Jogo’s head, and escapes.

Unable to sense the enemy, Gojo halts while Yuji struggles with a vine trapping his foot. Gojo advises Yuji to set goals to become stronger and capable of facing enemies like Jogo.

In a room, Yaga and Ijichi wait for someone who is late.

Elsewhere, Geto opens a door to a beach, meeting Mahito and Hanami, who bring Jogo’s head. Geto explains Jogo should understand Gojo’s power by now.

Mahito agrees to their plan but warns them to be cunning.

Nobara and Megumi buy drinks from a vending machine when Panda, Maki, and Toge arrive. Maki informs Panda that the higher-ups are responsible for Yuji’s death.

Two visitors, Mai Zen’in and Aoi Todo from Kyoto Jujutsu High, arrive, insulting Yuji and provoking Megumi.

Aoi asks Megumi what type of girl he likes, threatening him if he dislikes the answer.

Megumi is standing, Yuji is sitting, and Nobara is lying on the floor. All three wear black clothes.
Suguru Geto tells the other cursed spirit he can't afford to be seen, so he starts walking away.
Gojo kicks Jogo's severed head while interrogating him.
A plant suddenly is thrown at Gojo but hits the ground. It starts growing, separating Gojo from Jogo.
Yuji and Gojo wonder at the flowers blooming around them caused by jujutsu, but Gojo senses no killing intent.
A cursed spirit suddenly emerges, takes Jogo's head, and escapes.
Gojo stops after he's unable to sense the presence of the enemy. At the same time, Yuji struggles with an enemy vine holding his foot.
Gojo tells Yuji to set goals to become strong enough to fight strong enemies like volcano-head.
Yaga and Ijichi sit at a table, waiting for someone who is late for their meeting.
Geto opens a door that leads to a beach. He meets with someone in there asking about Jogo.
Hanami, the cursed spirit that rescued Jogo, also arrives, bringing Jogo's severed head.
Geto explains to Jogo how he should understand Gojo's power by now. Geto also identifies the man on the beach as Mahito.
Mahito agrees with their plan but tells them to be cunning.
Cut to the scene, Nobara is with Megumi, taking drinks from a vending machine. Panda, Maki, and Toge appear walking.
Maki informs Panda that the higher-ups are responsible for Yuji's death.
Panda and Maki talks. Meanwhile, two visitors arrive, meeting Megumi and Nobara.
Kyoto Jujutsu High second-year Mai Zen'in and Third-year Aoi Todo arrive and meet with Megumi and Nobara.
Mai starts calling names at Yuji, thinking he actually died, to insult Megumi and Nobara.
Megumi looks pissed, while Nobara doesn't care. Aoi seriously asks Fushiguro what type of girl he likes.
Aoi gets pumped up, removes his shirt, and threatens to beat Megumi if he doesn't like his answer.
