Suddenly, Itadori is blown away from the monitor room by an angry Hakari. Itadori stands up, ready to defend, but Hakari punches him in the face. Itadori takes the hit, showing his resolve.

Hakari, confused by Itadori’s non-resistance, realizes Itadori is trying to gain his acceptance. After repeated punches, Itadori, bloodied, insists he needs Hakari to eliminate curses.

Seeing Itadori’s determination, Kirara calls Hakari’s attention, saying Itadori is “hot” enough. Hakari agrees to help them but with a deal attacked.

Fushiguro finally understands how Kirara's cursed technique works after taking a gamble.
Suddenly, Fushiguro bows in front of Kirara, whom he had just apprehended. Kirara is shocked.
Suddenly, Itadori gets blown away from the monitor room, surprising everyone.
Hakari comes out of the room angry. Itadori stands up, preparing to defend.
Itadori sees Panda and Fushiguro. Suddenly, Hakaru attacks him with a punch.
Hakari hits Itadori in the face! Fushiguro says Itadori is getting destroyed.
Itadori is getting thrown away by that powerful punch. Hakari notices Itadori is not resisting.
Itadori taps the floor to stand back up easily. Hakari looks at him.
Itadori's nose bleeds. Hakari realizes Itadori is not dodging so he can accept him. He flexes his arm as he starts to listen.
Hakari powers up and asks Itadori why he's putting his faith in him, whom he just met.
Hakari punches him in the face after answering all his questions. Senpai says he's strong.
Hakari reprimands Itadori for asking him at someone else's request. Itadori says he has no "Fever" as he is only a "cog."
Hakari thinks it's a boring answer, so he tries to punch Itadori again. Fushiguro is on the edge!
Itadori gets thrown away, with his face bleeding, after Hakari punches him again.
Fushiguro, Kirara, and Panda are concerned. Hakari tells them Itadori might be dead. Suddenly, Itadori appears behind Hakari.
Hakari is surprised. Itadori says he's just a cog and needs him to eliminate curses. He won't stop until Hakari agrees.
Itadori asks Hakari what's his function. Hakari sees Itadori's eyes and resolve. Kirara calls his attention.
Kirara tells Hakari that Itadori is "hot" enough. Hakari tells them to come down.
Kirara tells Fushiguro that Hakari agrees. Hakari wants to cut a deal.
