JJK Chapter 152 – Perfect Preparation, Epilogue

In JJK Chapter 152, a home kitchen shows blood traces as someone calls for her mother.

Maki walks toward her fearful mother as she plans to explain what happened. Suddenly, blood splashes near the exhaust fan.

Naoya, injured, crashes into a house door. Maki’s mother appears behind Naoya, holding a knife with an injured neck. Unable to use his cursed energy, Naoya is stabbed in the back by her.

Before closing her eyes, she remembers playing with her children, Maki and Mai. Momo Nishimiya sees Maki carrying Mai and cries.

Maki hands Mai to Momo and walks away. Later, news spreads that the Zen’in Clan is finished, and the Gojo and Kamo Families no longer consider them to be part of the Big Three Families.

Naoya realized he couldn't use his cursed energy. The woman falls and stabs Naoya's back.
Maki's mother remembers the time she played with her kids, Maki and Mai.
Cut to the scene, Momo Nishimiya sees Maki carrying Mai. Momo cries while holding her broom after seeing her.
Maki gives Mai to Momo. She continues walking, and later that day, news spreads that the Zen'in Clan is finished.
