They briefly talk before the battle begins. Mahito aims to defeat Itadori to be reborn. He waves his hand, slashing the ground, but Itadori dodges.

They engage in intense hand-to-hand combat. Itadori notices Mahito’s body is tougher.

Mahito blocks Itadori’s kick and counters, forcing Itadori to retreat. Mahito launches a barrage of attacks, hitting Itadori despite his attempts to dodge. Mahito grabs Itadori’s head and slams it to the ground, shattering the ground.

Itadori stands back up, planning to hit Mahito with Black Flash.

He recalls no Jujutsu Sorcerer has used Black Flash with maximum cursed energy. Mahito walks towards Itadori but suddenly coughs blood. Itadori powers up as they stand on the water. Itadori disturbs the water as he powers up his body.

Suddenly, Mahito appears behind him. They both prepare their fists and punch each other, setting the stage for a decisive clash.

Transformed Mahito grabs Itadori's head and slams it to the ground.
The ground shatters, but Itadori manages to stand back up and recover, planning to hit Transformed Mahito with Black Flash.
However, Itadori remembers that no Jujutsu Sorcerer has ever used Black Flash imbued with maximum cursed energy.
Transformed Mahito walks towards Itadori, but he suddenly coughs blood.
Itadori powers up as he faces Transformed Mahito. They are now standing on water.
Itadori disturbs the water in front of him and powers up his body.
Suddenly, Transformed Mahito appears behind him as they both prepare their fists.
Itadori and Transformed Mahito punches each other.
