Todo switches places with a transfigured human, causing Mahito to accidentally slash his own creation.

Mahito pukes out tiny transfigured humans and laughs, activating “Soul Multiplicity.”
The transfigured humans attack Todo and Itadori with Mahito’s “Body Repel,” causing the ground to rumble. Mahito remains elated, enjoying the chaos and intensity of the fight.
