Mahito’s real body gets damaged as Kugisaki attacks his double. Itadori realizes Kugisaki’s technique links the two.

…Itadori swiftly punches Mahito into a wall, making him cough blood. He keeps pummeling Mahito, grateful for Kugisaki’s aid, showing he’s not alone.

While Itadori beats Mahito’s real form, his double prepares to strike Kugisaki again. But suddenly it flees, surprising Kugisaki who gives chase into the subway.

Kugisaki plans to exorcise the double. Meanwhile, Mahito’s original body splits apart. Itadori searches for the one harboring Mahito’s soul.

He smashes a fake body before the real one appears fleeing. Kugisaki chases the double while Itadori pursues the original Mahito.

Itadori notices the double passing by in the opposite direction, with Kugisaki ahead. He warns her to run as the real Mahito slowly reaches out and touches her face!

Kugisaki punches the double, but the original Mahito begins using his cursed soul manipulation technique on her. Kugisaki grips her head, realizing she’s been marked.

Flashes of memory surface – playing video games at age 6, her early village life. Mahito has begun unraveling Kugisaki’s very existence.

Itadori smashes one of the bodies, but it turns out fake. The real one shows up running.

Itadori tells Kugisaki to run. The real Mahito slowly touches Kugisaki.
