The creature attempts to devour Itadori, but Mahito suddenly appears from within it and punches Itadori in the face, throwing him back.
Itadori recovers, his face sliced and bleeding, while Mahito emerges from the transfigured human’s mouth.
Itadori questions Mahito’s enjoyment of playing with people’s lives. In response, Mahito, holding another transfigured human, pierces its head and laughs, shocking Itadori.
Determined, Itadori becomes serious, channeling cursed energy to his fist as he and Mahito approach each other.
Mahito powers up his fist, planning to stab Itadori’s heart. As Mahito punches, Itadori suddenly disappears from his sight, reappearing to strike Mahito with a “Manji Kick” to the face.
Itadori follows with a kick to Mahito’s abdomen, causing him to cough up blood.
Dodging Mahito’s counterattack, Itadori sees Mahito’s arm transform into a thorny weapon. The battle intensifies as both fighters prepare for their next move.
