…bloody and defeated. Overwhelmed by the carnage Sukuna caused, Itadori pukes and cries, wanting to die.

He struggles with the contradiction between his desire to help people and the destruction he’s caused, realizing he’s a murderer but knowing he must move forward.

Meanwhile, in Shibuya Station, Nanami, burned and weary, walks while holding his weapon.

Under the stairs, Mahito sits in a photo booth. Nanami encounters many transfigured humans and imagines a peaceful retirement in Malaysia, admitting he’s tired.

Despite his fatigue, Nanami easily defeats the transfigured humans, only to be stopped by Mahito.

Mahito expresses his desire to chat with Nanami, who recalls his friend Haibara and his own uncertain reasons for finding his work meaningful.

Suddenly, Itadori sees Mahito holding Nanami by the chest.

Nanami turns to Itadori just before Mahito destroys him. Shocked and angry, Itadori dashes towards Mahito to attack, but Mahito just laughs at him.

Sukuna walks in Dogenzaka and calls Itadori as he switches back to him.
Itadori sees a barren land with buildings up ahead, and Shigemo bloody and defeated.
Itadori pukes in disgust after remembering the carnage Sukuna made.
Itadori cries, as he now wants to die.
Itadori is in despair as his thoughts of helping people and what just recently happened contradicts.
Itadori realizes he's a murderer, but even so, he needs to move.
Itadori stares blankly. Meanwhile, a man is walking in Shibuya Station.
The man is Nanami, holding his weapon while half his body is burned.
Nanami walks under the stairs. Mahito sits inside a photo booth stretching his leg.
Nanami is met with so many transfigured humans.
Nanami imagines his retirement life living in Malaysia. He thinks of his allies and admits he's tired.
Nanami easily defeats the transfigured humans. Suddenly, he is stopped by Mahito's arm.
Mahito likes to have a chat with Nanami.
Nanami remembers Haibara and his vague reason of finding the work worthwhile.
Itadori sees Mahito holding Nanami in the chest.
Nanami turns to Itadori right before Mahito destroys him.
Itadori is shocked and dashes towards Mahito to attack him. Mahito laughs at Itadori.
